Their free management renting (the responsibility of the meal preparation and of the cleaning of the living quarters is given to you) allow you to organize with a whole autonomy:

• family reassembling
• collective holiday stay for children
• Specialized establishment transferts
• Journeys of discovery
• Seminar, vocational courses

The avantages of free-management:

• You are able to organize your stay without the restraints of bording house: meals at set times, pre-established meals...
  
• You reduce the cost of your stay calling on your own food supplier and using your own personel employees of service (benevolents, salaried people...)
  
• You have the garantee that you would be the only group present in the structure.
  
• You control all the aspects of your stay: stewardship, organization of the meals and of the employees...

Premises fitted out for groups:

• stainless steel kitchen, fridges with separation of the food stuff, freezes, food stock
• minute dishwasher, deep fryer, vegetable-cutter
• washing machine in contribution
• bunk beds with undersheet, blanket, pillow
• Fire alarm system
• office with a phone equipped with a counter and a technical file on the building and on the functionning of the equipment
• Infirmary

Terms and booking form:

• After your agreement, sending of a rental agreement,
• with the agreement: Specification sheets of the building and of its equipment, what you have to bring with you (sheets, pillowslips, cleaning materials...)
• freezing of the signed rental agreement booking and of 30% of deposits
• straggered payment of the stay before the arrival
• a garantee (cheque not cashed) and a certificate of insurance are to be given before the arrival
• At your arrival, the building is clean and it has to be clean at your departure. (invoicing of the hours of cleaning we would have to do and of the dishes or furniture damage there could be)
• after the stay, sending of the bill with deduction of the deposits and a rental charges statement.

Your arrival:

• In the previous week of your arrival, you will have to contact the persons in charge of the reception and of the maintenance of the buildings, in order to precise the hour of arrival, the possible starting of the freezers, the heating...
• At the arrival: inventory of fixtures with the group leader (for at least half an hour) delivery of the keys, explenation of the functionning of the apparatus (dishwasher, etc...)

The departure

• An appointment will be fixed with the persons in charge of the reception and of the maintenance of the buildings for the inventory of fixtures.(for at least half an hour)

During the stay:

• Freetechnical assistance: for the little troubles with bulbs, with blocked WC etc... contact the persons in charge of the reception and the maintenance.
